I have carried out several full refurbishments to end of let tenancy properties, to make ready for the next tenants as well HMO properties from single rooms to whole home redec & communal areas stairwells and corridors.
I am a registered contractor to carry out work for The letting game, Honor Properties, Holdshare property management & Hillcrest property management.
My customers and clients request varying degrees of finishes from high end property finishes in Clifton for professionals to HMO student lets as well working on new build & managed properties.
In addition to this I also carry out other services -
Removing Fitted wardrobes
Removing additional fitted shelving
Replacing damaged light fittings / Sockets
Removing Light shades
Removing fitted Blinds
So as you can see in addition to the painting I can also offer basic maintenance and repair work. I understand the importance of tailoring my services to match the unique requirements of the customers needs and to ensure that each property meets their requirements.
I handle everything from the preparation to clean-up , ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. With a keen eye for detail I ensure every surface is carefully prepared according to the customers requirements, as well giving advice on colour choices if required.
Painting and decorating isnt just a job for me its a passion, my dedication is reflected in the transformations I achieve for each property.
